What an extraordinary experience being coached by Kay Fittes! I first learned of what Kay did for her career at an eWomenNetwork meeting. After our initial collaboration phone call and scheduling, Kay sent her book “Achieving High-Heeled Success” for preparation of our first appointment. I learned straight up before we even had a session to embrace valuing and caring for myself first. I had that female “transmitted” mindset that everyone else is first before me, and boy-oh-boy was it exhausting and angered me at times. I’m a much better person and grateful for this understanding as well as the many other tools in her book. Kay’s coaching technique is top notch every step of the way. Perfectly laid out questions for each area to form your individual unique topics for speaking. From opening statements, to having an open rapport with the audience, to closing statements; Kay gives you pointers for your own unique agenda and your area of expertise. I appreciated how frank she was in what would work and what probably wouldn’t work and would tell me why. I feel empowered now with organizational skills required to pull off a wonderful speaking engagement and personally have grown more confident and secure overall. She has a gift of communicating efficiently and with diversity. So very happy that I have had the pleasure to work with Kay Fittes! My coaching time with her is invaluable to me and my business.
