I so enjoyed the workshop, “Kick Start Your High-Heeled Success™” on January 20.

For me, Kay’s quote, ‘The reputation you have with yourself is more powerful than any you will ever have with others,’ does an excellent job encapsulating the value of this all-day workshop for me.  It is so easy for many of us within our everyday experiences – our challenges, our achievements, and our relationships – to succumb to self-defeating mindsets and actions.  Through interactive exercises and presentations, Kay inspired us to focus on our strengths with specific action steps.  I left with a lot to think about in terms of strengthening my 6 Ps.
